According to New Hampshire media outlet the Union Leader, a Craigslist transaction gone awry on Sunday, August 11, has left law enforcement officials searching for the suspect in an armed robbery.

The news outlet states that a Raymond couple selling a bracelet through the classified advertisements website agreed to meet a potential buyer at McDonald's at around 3:45 p.m. When they arrived and met the interested party, the man reportedly pointed a handgun at them and tried unsuccessfully to take the bracelet. Shortly after, the suspect fled into the woods.

"Police described him as a white male in his early 20s with blond hair," notes the source. "He was described as about 6'3" tall, weighing about 170 pounds and was wearing a white shirt and black shorts at the time of the attempted robbery."
