SNHU students arrested for stealing golf cart and riding it around campus

For young adults across the United States, college often signifies the first notable period of time away from home, and this new sense of freedom can cause some individuals to make careless mistakes. Unfortunately, a harmful mishap can lead to significant legal consequences, meaning that those who are accused of crimes could face harsh penalties.

If you find yourself in trouble with the law, it's easy to feel like the whole justice system is against you. The good news is, however, that you can rest assured knowing there are experienced criminal lawyers in New Hampshire who will do everything in their power to represent your legal rights and secure a favorable outcome on your behalf.

Two Southern New Hampshire University students who have been accused of stealing a golf cart will likely need criminal lawyers to represent them in a court of law. According to CBS Boston, 20-year-old Kyle Kenney and 21-year-old Keal Miyata allegedly rode the vehicle around the school's campus in Hooksett, New Hampshire, on Saturday, July 13, and eluded public safety officers who attempted to intervene at approximately 1:45 p.m.

The two men were apprehended after reportedly crashing the golf cart into a tree. The source reports that Kenney has been charged with unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle and internal possession, while Miyata faces charges of unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle and criminal trespass.

If you've been accused of a crime in the Granite State, be sure to enlist the help of an experienced New Hampshire criminal lawyer. These professionals can work on your behalf to ensure that you don't suffer from a mistake like this and can move on with your life.
