Seacoast man faces up to 15 years in prison for three armed robberies

Individuals who are charged with crimes in the Granite State should enlist the services of a seasoned New Hampshire lawyer to ensure that they have a fair trial and that their rights are represented in a court of law.

On Monday, June 3, regional news source the Union Leader reported that 28-year-old David Wilson will likely enter a plea agreement with prosecutors regarding the armed robbery charges for which he has been indicted. The Brentwood resident has been accused of stealing from two businesses and one individual while armed with a pellet gun.

First, he allegedly held up a Tedeschi Food market in Portsmouth on January 29 and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the cashier. Then, on January 31, he reportedly robbed a Domino's Pizza in Hampton while pointing his weapon at one of the employees. Finally, on February 1, the source states that Wilson assaulted a woman who was walking outside, hitting her in the head with the pellet gun and fleeing with her purse in tow.

The 28-year-old faces 7.5 to 15 years behind bars for his crimes. Additionally, reports the Union Leader, he was charged with "receiving stolen property for being in possession of stolen chainsaw parts on April 2."

If you've been accused of robbery in the Granite State, you may feel like the whole justice system is against you. With this in mind, you owe it to yourself to consult with an experienced New Hampshire lawyer. These knowledgeable professionals can review your case and defend you in a court of law.
