Criminal defense: Woman facing serious felony charges

A New Hampshire woman was recently arrested after her alleged plans to have her ex-boyfriend's girlfriend kidnapped, raped and murdered were reported to police. She is now facing some serious felony charges. An experienced criminal defense attorney will be able to help the accused navigate the criminal court system as she fights for the best possible outcome.

According to a recent report, police in Claremont received reports that a 20-year-old woman, staying at a domestic violence shelter, was planning to hire someone to torture and murder an ex-boyfriend's significant other. Authorities recorded a phone call between their informant and the accused, in which she reportedly gave the details of her plan. An undercover officer then met with the accused, who she then allegedly tried to hire to do the job. After a second meeting between the officer and the accused, she was arrested.

As of the latest report, the accused was being held at the Sullivan County House of Corrections. Bail was set in her case at $100,000. The charges against her are conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation to commit murder.

The charges in this case are not going to be taken lightly in a New Hampshire criminal court. If convicted, the accused could face up to 30 years in prison. At such a young age, she has a lot to lose. Thankfully, she has the right to employ a criminal defense team to help her through this trying time. With the assistance of counsel, the accused can make informed decisions regarding her case and take the legal actions that will best suit her situation.
