Auburn man sentenced to jail for growing marijuana in his home

In the event that you've been accused of a marijuana-related crime in the Granite State, it is in your best interest to secure excellent legal representation as soon as possible. With the help of experienced lawyers in New Hampshire, you can rest assuring knowing that you're in good hands and will soon be able to move forward with your life.

According to the Union Leader, a regional media publication, 41-year-old Kyle Berry "pleaded guilty to a single count of manufacturing a controlled drug as part of a deal that sent him to county jail for growing approximately $16,000 worth of marijuana inside his Auburn apartment." As a result of this agreement, Berry will spend eight months behind bars.

The source states that law enforcement officials found out about the defendant's marijuana-growing operation toward the end of 2012 after being alerted to videos he had posted on YouTube charting the growth of his plants. Following his arrest, the 41-year-old reportedly told police that he used the marijuana for medicinal purposes only, claiming that he suffered from a number of health issues and had undergone 17 surgeries.

If you reside in the Granite State and you have been accused of a drug-related crime, you may feel like the whole justice system is against you. With this in mind, it's essential not to settle for mediocre legal representation. You owe it to yourself to consult with an experienced New Hampshire lawyer. These knowledgeable professionals can review your case and tirelessly defend you in a court of law.
