Biography

An attorney at Brown Law located in downtown Rochester, NH. Born and raised in NYC, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Elms College, in Massachusetts. Attorney Tacconi was awarded her law degree from Western New England School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Attorney Tacconi’s practice focuses on family and elder law. She represents clients in courts across the State of New Hampshire on various family and elder law matters. She has also represented clients before the Department of Health and Human Services on Medicaid issues and has argued before the NH Supreme Court on family matters legal issues. She also represents clients in guardianship proceedings and probates estates after clients pass away.

Biography

Practice areas originally included general civil and criminal litigation, administrative law,
municipal law, wills, probate, and representation of small businesses. Personal injury and workers'
compensation have been a significant part of my practice for the past thirty years, and for the past
fifteen years I have virtually limited my practice to these two areas.

I have also made presentations at many CLE panels in New Hampshire, primarily in the area
of workers' compensation and personal injury, as well as on issues relating to various liens against
plaintiffs and claimants.
